1. For orders below $400, there is a lead time of 2 hours before delivery time.
For orders of $400 and above, please contact us directly. Your order will be available for delivery 1 day later.

2. Express delivery service is provided by third-party delivery service (Carpal/Lalamove)
3. The delivery charges are as follows:
- Flat fee of $20 (no minimum purchase)
- $12 with a minimum purchase of 10 regular eclairs / minimum spending of $75
- Free delivery for orders above $200.
4. Kindly allow us a window of 1 hour for delivery (i.e., your order will arrive between 4 – 5pm instead of an exact timing such as 4pm.) If you do require a specific delivery time, please indicate in the remarks box and we will try our best to fulfil. Delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions. We will not be held liable for late or failed delivery due to such unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery service is not available to highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals and etc.
6. In the event the recipient is not present at the delivery destination to collect the order, the goods will be disposed off and no refund will be given.
7. In the event that a wrong delivery address has been provided and re-delivery is required, a surcharge of $20 will be chargeable.
8. All products must be checked upon delivery for errors or discrepancies. If no issues are issued, the order shall be deemed accepted once the delivery note has been signed.
9. Once the products have been delivered and accepted, we will not be held liable for any damages or product spoilage due to improper storage or handling.
10. In the event the recipient refuses to accept the products, the order will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be given (*unless the product has been severely damaged during transportation).
11. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and information via the online order page.
12. Once the order has been confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. Any changes to order details including flavours, quantity, delivery date and timing should be directed to us via email or phone, at least 1 day before the fulfilment date.
Collection/Pick-up from Store
1. The following lead times apply for the respective order value:
- Below $250: 2 hours in advance.
- $250 to $399: 4 hours in advance.
- $400 and above: Kindly contact us to place orders.
2. In the event your order is not collected on the chosen pick-up date, the products will be disposed of by the end of the day and no refund will be given.
3. Customers are required to verify their order and check the products before leaving the store. Once the products have been taken out of the store, we will not be held liable for any damages or product spoilage due to improper handling or storage.
4. Once the order has been confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. Any changes to order details including flavours, quantity, delivery date and timing should be directed to us via email or phone, at least 1 day before the fulfillment date.
1. Orders for mini eclairs have to be placed at least one (1) day in advance.
2. For orders above 120 pieces, kindly contact us via email or phone to place your order.
1. Orders for mini pies have to be placed at least one (1) day in advance.
2. For orders above 6 boxes, kindly contact us via email or phone to place your order.
Le Bouquet De Éclairs:
1. Orders for floral bloom box have to be placed at least two (2) day in advance.
2. While fresh blooms can last 5-6 days, please note that image is for reference only. Should certain flowers be unavailable, other flowers will be used as replacement to create and achieve the desired look and feel.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. Our eclairs are highly perishable and should be kept refrigerated immediately or at most within 1 hour of collection. For maximum freshness and optimum taste, customers are advised to consume the products within the same day of collection/delivery.
2. All our eclairs are made by hand and hence we appreciate our customers’ understanding that every piece may have slight variations due to human imperfections.
3. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. Successful orders will be notified via an email confirmation.
4. We reserve the right to refuse orders even after payment has been made. In the event of such an occurrence, customers will be notified of the order cancellation via email and receive a full refund within 24 hours.
5. Delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions. We will not be held liable for late or failed delivery due to such unforeseen circumstances.
6. Our products are not permitted to be resold by any third party vendor.
7. In-store discounts and promotions are not applicable for online orders.
